WELLNESS TAKEOVER EVENT - LUDLOW HOUSE NYC

Sharing some highlights from this past weekend when I had the pleasure of participating in the Health & Wellness Takeover Event at Ludlow House in NYC! I had the honor of working alongside Jared Adkins the founder of Support The Come Up LLC, Cat B. the founder of Black Men Cry Too, Holistic Health Coach Dana Ariele, Tim Grae the founder of Grae Wellness, Comedian Stacy Cordell, Couples Therapist Mac Stanley, and Painter Destiny Santana. Together we created a sacred safe space to connect, network, learn, release, heal, laugh and grow together. During this event I provided a presentation on my origin story, understanding energy, the power of affirmations and healing modalities, and then I closed out my segment with a collective sound healing meditation session with my crystal quartz sound bowls. 🌟

With so so much going on in the world around us, I pray that the we all can remain to have faith despite so much uncertainty. I’m grateful for the community & connection that was created over the weekend with all of the amazing visionaries & leaders in attendance. I hope the sound healing portion shared also brings you at least a glimmer of peace & solace. May we continue to work on being the change that we would like to see in the world around us. 🙏🏾💛
