Each ilia by Tatiana Ilia item is handcrafted and should be handled with delicate care. If your ilia by Tatiana Ilia item (bracelet, earring(s), necklace, etc.) breaks and needs to be fixed, then it may be eligible for complimentary repair.

QUALIFICATION

In order to find out if your item qualifies, please take a picture of the item with all of its properties (beads, chain, etc.) and email the picture along with a short explanation to info@tatianailia.com

HYPOTHETICAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• String or wire on bracelet accidentally pops, breaks, or comes loose but all other beads and materials for that item are saved/recovered; then it should be eligible for repair.

• Bracelet or necklace needs to be tightened; then it should be eligible for repair.

• Jump rings for item comes off or needs to be tightened; then it should be eligible for repair.
