GRAE WELLNESS - PIER 51 EVENT

I recently had the pleasure of participating in the annual Grae Wellness Picnic at Pier 51 in NYC. This event was a lovely experience that highlighted various wellness modalities from massage therapy, cupping, guided meditations, breath work, and of course sound healing workshops facilitated by yours truly.
